This Power Commander V part # 22-006 came off a 2009 Yamaha YZF-R1 that we installed a standalone ECU (Microsquirt) on. It had velcro attached to the backside that I removed for photos. As a result, the tag is a bit smudged now. Not sure what tune is currently in it, but tunes can be downloaded from Dynojet's website:
